Option One
Flat fee for event photography $345.00*
We will commit to shooting your event unless there is some unforeseen reason and we can not attend.
Images will be hosted on our website and offered for sale.
Whenever our images are used the Photographer[s] must be credited.
Edited images will be delivered as digital images on a disk.
Option Two
Flat fee for event photography $100.00*
We will commit to shooting your event unless there is some unforeseen reason and we can not attend.
Images will be hosted on our website, Studio042.Smugmug.com, and offered for sale.
The Client may use the images for their year-end tribute journal and group publications so long as they are designed and produced by Studio042.
Images will NOT be delivered as digital images.
Whenever our images are used the Photographer[s] must be credited.
Option Two, Flat fee for event photography $FREE*
We will NOT commit to shooting your event, If time permits we would consider donating our time and expertise to your cause.
Images will be hosted on our website and offered for sale.
The client may use the images for their year-end tribute journal and group publications so long as they are designed and produced by Studio042.
Images will NOT be delivered as digital images.
Whenever our images are used the Photographer[s] must be credited.
- The client can not redistribute the images.
- Anyone may view/browse the online event gallery.
- Anyone can purchase prints or downloads.
- All proceeds will be retained by Studio042.
Unless we have agreed in advance to provide you with a copy of our digital negatives, Please do not ask us for the Digital negatives of our photographs. They are a very important part of our revenue stream of related products and services as well as the copyright which we will never release.
Why do we shoot exclusively in the RAW file format? We feel that for us and our developing process the RAW format provides a much greater flexibility far out weighing the limitations imposed by the shear file size and specialized software needed to work with them.
Our clients, the best in the world by any measure, understand the time, skills and equipment required to render images like ours respect our position. They enjoy the finished products and the moments in time we immortalize.
